＜My Favorite Places in My School District＞
①Tenjinja Shrine
・The annual Tondo Matsuri Festival is held on January 14th.　
・It’s always quiet and I feel very calm.
・There are beetles and stag beetles on trees with sap.
②Road lined with zelkova trees in Park Hills
・The tunnel of zelkovas always welcomes me. I love the gorgeous natural arch.
・There are bamboo forests beside the road and I feel like I am surrounded by nature.  It is very beautiful when the bamboo trees reflect the sunshine.
③Oo-kaidan (Big stairs)
・From the top of the stairs, we can see nice views around my school.
・The stairs are very long and hard to climb, but we can play the Guriko game there.
⑤Batting center in the Golf Garden
・It is the best relaxation for me to hit the balls thrown at 80 kilometers per hour.
④Kiraboshi - Nursing Home
・Learning that the home is designed for elderly people to live comfortably, I came to like the home.
⑥Osaka Ohsho (a popular Chinese restaurant)
・It is easy to go there because it is very near my house.
・I love their Chinese dumplings! They offer many kinds of Chinese noodles.
⑦McDonald’s
・I used to go there frequently with my family. It was nice to chat over burgers.
・Great taste and good price!


Park 1 (Kamishinden 1-chome Park)
・Because it is a large park with a lot of playground equipment, we can play with many friends.
・As a park keeper watches us, we can feel safe to play there.
・In summer, there are so many cicadas.
Park 2
・I used to enjoy making mud dumplings in the sandbox.
・It is nice and cool under the playground equipment.
Park 3 (Kamishinden Jido Yuen)
・The top of the slide has a nice view. The slide has two courses to go down. As they go different ways, we can enjoy different views.
・There are two kinds of animal- shaped seesaws. It is fun.
Park 4
・We do Radio Exercises together there during summer vacation. It is cool in the mornings and feels good.
・I love the big slide.
Park 5 (Kamishinden 2-chome Dai-ichi Park)
・Cherry blossoms bloom beautifully in the spring.
・There is a slide. I love it.
