Typhoon & Rainstorm Procedures are as follows;

(1) While at home (Before going to school)

     When either one of the following 3 warnings is issued at 7:00 a.m.
         (These are broadcast on radio and TV)
       - Typhoon (, Windstorm)
       - Rainstorm
       - Flood
         Stay at home

    When the above warning is cancelled by 10:00 a.m.
         Attend school (Open as usual)


    When either one of the above 3 warnings continues to be in force at 10:00 a.m.
         Temporary school closing

(2) While at school

     If school is already in session when the above warnings are issued, students may stay at school until it is safe for them to return home. In that case, we will inform the guardians by "Sugu mail". Guardians may pick their children up at school to take them home.

The official announcements about these weather conditions from Osaka Regional Headquarters, Japan Meteorological Agency will be made on radio and TV. Guardians families are reminded to listen these announcements carefully.

Earthquake Procedures are as follows; 

(1) While at home (Before going to school)

     When the seismic intensity is 5 or higher
          Temporary school closing 

     When it's judged dangerous to go to school even if the intensity is less than 5
          Stay at home

(2) While at school

      If school is already in session when an earthquake occurs, we will endeavor to ensure the safety of students, take measures to ascertain the damage, check safety, and judge students to leave school or wait at school until it is safe for them to return home. In that case, we will inform the guardians by "Sugu mail". Guardians may pick their children up at school to take them home.
Also please note that students may leave school due to school lunch cancellation.
